La Facultad de Arquitectura cuenta con tres conjuntos de programas curriculares afines que se agrupan porque sus referentes epistemológicos pertenecen a un área común del conocimiento: Arquitectura y Urbanismo, Construcción y Hábitat y Artes.

Curricular Areas

The Faculty of Architecture is comprised of three sets of related curricular programs that are grouped together because their epistemological referents belong to a common area of knowledge: Architecture and Urbanism, Construction and Habitat y Arts.

Arquitectura y Urbanismo

El Área de Arquitectura y Urbanismo, fue creada mediante el acuerdo 079 de 2006 del Consejo Superior Universitario, enfoca sus esfuerzos académicos al estudio del espacio arquitectónico y la forma urbana bajo todas las posibles manifestaciones.

Administra 5 programas curriculares, 1 de pregrado: Arquitectura, y 4 en posgrado: Especialización en Gestión Inmobiliaria, Maestría en Arquitectura, Maestría en Estudios Urbano Regionales, y Doctorado en Estudios Urbanos y Territoriales.

Architecture and Urbanism

The curricular area of Architecture and Urbanism, established by agreement 079 of 2006 of the university's Board of Trustees, focuses its academic efforts on the study of architectural space and urban form in all their possible manifestations.

This area offers five curricular programs: an undergraduate degree in Architecture, and four graduate degrees―Specialization in Real Estate Management, Master in Architecture, Master in Urban Regional Studies, and Doctorate in Urban and Territorial Studies.

Construcción y Hábitat

El Área Curricular de Construcción y Hábitat fue creada mediante el Acuerdo 079 de 2007 del Consejo Superior Universitario y reglamentada por el Acuerdo 09 de 2008 del Consejo de Facultad de Arquitectura.

El Área Curricular administra el pregrado en Construcción y los siguientes programas de posgrado: Especialización en Patología de la Edificación y Técnicas de Intervención y Prevención, Especialización en Interventoría de Proyectos y Obras, Maestría en Construcción y Maestría en Hábitat.

Construction and Habitat

The curricular area of Construction and Habitat was established by agreement 079 of 2007 of the university's Board of Trustees, and regulated by agreement 09 of 2008 of the Faculty Board.

This area offers an undergraduate program in Construction and the following graduate programs: Specialization in building pathology and intervention and prevention, Specialization in Architectural inspection of projects and sites, Master in Construction and Master in Habitat.

Artes 

El Área Curricular de Artes fue creada por el Consejo de Facultad de la Facultad de Arquitectura en 2008. Su objeto de estudio son las diferentes representaciones y manifestaciones de las bellas artes. Tiene a su cargo la dirección de los programas curriculares de Artes Plásticas en pregrado, y la Maestría en Artes Plásticas y Visuales en posgrado.

Arts

The curricular area of Arts was established by the Board of the Faculty of Architecture in 2008. Its object of study is the different representations and manifestations of the fine arts. It is in charge of the direction of the curricular programs of Plastic Arts at the undergraduate level, and the Master in Plastic and Visual Arts at the graduate level.
